The Luxury Network Kenya Members Event At The Capital Club Nairobi
27th May 2016The Luxury Network Kenya hosts over 80 high net worth members clients at Capital Club in Nairobi.
The Luxury Network Kenya held a very successful B2C cocktail at the Capital Club in Westlands, Nairobi. The event sponsored by English Point Marina, Goshen Acquisitions and Africabs Platinum was attended by over 80 High Net Worth Individuals. The theme of the event was Luxury Real Estate and Strategic Land Investments. Guests were treated to the delights of the Capital Club, Nairobi’s most prestigious evening venue, whilst gaining valuable information from the main partners.
The guests were also introduced to the Luxury Network and welcomed to the event by Michael Mwai, CEO, who explained the affinity market business model. Mike spoke about the need for the luxury market to build partnerships in order to grow within the African space.
Mr Alnoor Kanji, presented the value proposition of investing in English Point Marina in Mombasa. He welcomed the guests to sample the opulence and luxury of Sub Saharan Africa’s only marina north of Cape Town. The Hotel apartment complex comprises of luxury suites and pent houses and is situated in the heart of Mombasa city.
Mr Solomon Wangwe of Goshen Acquisitions presented a detailed breakdown of the benefits of land banking. He gave insights into Goshen’s strategically located properties in Amboseli, Nanyuki and Elementaita. Land banking is a very uniquely African form of investment and Goshen has achieved massive results for their clients.
Titus Mumo of Africabs platinum presented their new concierge services. A few lucky guests had the opportunity to sample this amazing service as well. They were picked up from their homes and offices and driven to the venue in high-end luxury vehicles. After the event each guest received a luxury gift bag with more information and a special present from the Luxury Network Kenya.
At the end of the upbeat business event, Mr Alnoor offered every guest the opportunity to get a freeparcel of land from Goshen in Nanyuki or Amboseli, if they signed up for one of the apartments at English Point Marina. This offer was limited to the first three purchases.
A few guests also won amazing raffle prizes including two night stays for two at English Point Marina and Pinewood Beach Resort as well as spa treatments and concierge services.
